After an impressive 2019 season, Empawa Africa recording artist, Joeboy kicked off his 2020 with an excellent single tagged “Call“.
He was brought beyond the continent by his rapid rise and hitmaking ability, earning him attention and plaudits from Rolling Stone, CNN, Mtv, Okay Africa, Pitchfork and Billboard.
“Call” presents Joeboy’s sound with a darker, more urgent tone, while the video (directed by T.G. Omori) further places Joeboy as a star to watch.
He shines in this dystopian tale of sci-fi love set in an apocalyptian.
